Role/ Job Title: Training Manager Retail Liabilities
Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities
Job Purpose:
Responsible for quality training, developing knowledge & enhancing capabilities of RMs, also to provide guidance & mentorship to individuals to achieve desired goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quality training, developing knowledge & enhancing capabilities of RM, also to provide guidance & mentorship to individuals to achieve desired goals
- Ensuring quality customer engagement by RMs and making continuous effort to improve same by adopting industry best practices.
- Liaising with other product leadership teams (on-ground) to be informed on latest product developments and train RM teams accordingly
- Devising various approaches such as Role Plays, Pitches and adopting industry best practices to enhance peer learning among RMs
- Incumbent is Responsible for monitoring engagement quality - sales and processes followed by RMs in the region
- Collaboration with Learning & Development Team to develop learning modules covering product & behavioral parameters & ensuring RM adoption of same
- Manage and reduce attrition rate among RMs by following industry best practices.
- Incumbent is responsible to ensure that RMs are well trained - on product & behavioral parameters and follow the processes as laid down within the banks audit and compliance framework.
- Responsible to ensure RM Channel is efficient and drive efficiencies from the team. Also, responsible to ensure high motivation level in teams.
- Lead the IDFC Firsts customer first culture by driving the team to take up high degree servicing norms to ensure absolute customer delight.
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for RMs in the zone.

- Monitor and achieve key parameters like reduce attrition rates and make necessary improvements.
- Share continuous feedback and suggestions with Senior Management to enhance the Channels performance.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
