Job Role: Analyst Wholesale Banking Operations
Function Department: Wholesale Banking Operations
Job Purpose
To sustain better client servicing by way of exhibiting overall trade and banking expertise to support to customize cash and trade products in line with market demanding. To provide timely support to all regional business stake holders and to manage their expectation which should be in tandem with client expectation. To avoid any financial and reputational risk of the bank, it is highly required a seasoned and experienced wholesale banker to monitor, control and to regulate the process.
Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle operations involving Trade Finance, Treasury Operations, CMS, Clearing, Stock Exchange and currency chest.
• Responsible for ensuring quick turn-around time and error-free processing of transactions.
• Responsible for Controlling the Function of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) with regards to ECBs, FDI, ODI, and other FEMA issues for various Clients & Business.

  Responsible for monitoring the Customer Complaints and handling overall Escalations and undertaking steps towards Analysis of Root Cause and ensuring non-recurrence.
• Ensure periodical Reporting / MIS to the Central Office to ensure Onward Submission within Timelines.
• Support RH to accomplish regional targets and goals. Criss cross branch management skill within the region.
  

Educational Qualifications
Graduation: Bachelors in engineering / technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.
Post Graduation: Masters in engineering / technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.
Experience
Minimum of 2+ Years of experience in Wholesale Banking Operations.
