IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager-Business Banking_Pipeline. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business banking clients in the Haridwar, Uttarakhand region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business banking clients, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Identify and acquire new business banking clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial performance and provide guidance on financial products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business banking portfolio
  • Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and enhance the banks product offerings
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or sales in the banking industry
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the business lending space
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of local market and business landscape in Haridwar, Uttarakhand is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
