About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join our Advanced Analytics & Insights team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, impactful solutions for our life sciences clients, driving commercial success through your strong analytical mindset and unstructured problem-solving skills. As a Consultant, you will manage multiple engagements concurrently, play a key role in developing a high-performing analytics team, and collaborate closely with leadership to grow the practice area.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Project Leadership & Execution: Collaborate with project leadership to define project scope and develop effective approaches. Lead project task execution, working closely with team members to ensure progress and high-quality deliverables.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Design and plan the implementation of innovative analytical solutions. Conduct thorough issue analysis, develop hypotheses regarding key client challenges, and design robust analyses to test these hypotheses.
• Quality Assurance & Solution Excellence: Ensure the highest quality of output through rigorous solution design, implementation, and quality assurance practices.
• Insight Generation & Communication: Synthesize findings, develop actionable recommendations, and effectively communicate results to clients and internal teams through compelling presentations and reports.
• Thought Leadership & Practice Development: Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas. Contribute significantly to the development and growth of the practice area.
• Business Development & Internal Contributions: Participate in business development activities and contribute to internal firm initiatives.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  

Qualifications

• Education: MBA with a Bachelors (and often Graduate) degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Physical or Life Sciences, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Alternatively, a Ph.D. in Marketing, Economics, Decision Sciences, or a related field with a business application is acceptable. In lieu of an MBA or Ph.D., 5-8 years of relevant work experience may be substituted.
• Experience: Up to 3 years of post-MBA relevant work experience and 3-5 years of pre-MBA work experience. Experience in Commercial Analytics within the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong working knowledge of analytics tools such as Python, R, SAS, Advanced Excel, and VBA.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
