Position : AI Solution Architect

Purpose of the Position : As an AI Solution Architect, you will be responsible to develop effective and high-quality program solutions that meet business requirements. You will serve as a strategic and hands-on consultant to clients and prospects, guiding them through the adoption and implementation of AI-led solutions. This role demands deep expertise and understanding in Data Science, ML Algorithms, GenAI technologies, Emerging AI-led Data Platforms, no-code platforms, agentic frameworks, and enterprise AI stacks. You would also apply your domain understanding to pre-build business solutions that addresses specific business challenges.

The advisor will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, designing AI strategies for vertical specific use cases, and presenting compelling proposals leading to the conversions. Also own the technical consultation for existing/new clients during any phase of the program and help with proposals / pre-sales activities.

Key Result Areas and Activities:

AI Consulting & Strategy

• Engage with clients proactively to understand business challenges and identify AI-led opportunities.
• Innovate and present tailored AI strategies and AI-led point solutions
• Translate business needs into AI solution architectures and actionable roadmaps for clients

Solution Design & Prototyping

• Architect and design Data Science solutions applying principles of both discriminative AI through ML modelling and Generative / Agentic AI that best addresses the client needs
• Build rapid prototypes using no-code/low-code platforms and UI tools
• Apply GenAI/ML techniques to solve vertical-specific problems (e.g., retail, pharma, media).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, domain experts to validate feasibility and scalability.

Research & Innovation

• Proactively build innovative AI-led point solutions/utilities for common/emerging business problems or opportunities
• Continuously research emerging AI technologies and adopt to take an edge over competitors
  
• Incubate a team to proactively build reusable AI artefacts and demo-able assets

Proposal Development & Presentation

• Draft and deliver proposals and presentations for AI-led solutions.
• Articulate value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales efforts with demos, PoCs, and client workshops.

Technical Stack Awareness

• Advice on implementation using AI platforms & Frameworks like:
• Databricks AI, Snowflake Cortex, Azure Foundry, AWS Bedrock, AI/ML Ecosystem, LangChain, LangGraph, and other Multigenetic frameworks, Analytics Co-pilots, OpenAI, Anthropic LLM fine-tuning tools
• Understand application development lifecycle and recommend optimal tech stacks.

Project delivery

• Lead the delivery of Data Science project outcomes by collaborating with other team members.
• Engage actively in Data Discovery, Data cleansing, Data Analysis, Feature Selection, and in building ML models for prediction systems. Engage in prompt generation, chunking methodology, fine tuning for Gen AI based application build

Essential Skills :

• Programming Skills Experience in statistical programming languages like R, Python, and database query languages like SQL.
• Strong foundation in data science and predictive modeling, including experience with classical ML techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI implementation and adoptions for business use cases, LLM fine-tuning, multi-agentic implementations, and multi-modal RAG
• Experienced in point-solution consulting and enterprise application building
• Strong understanding of cloud-native AI platforms and data-engineering / data-science workflows.
• Experience in verticals such as retail, healthcare is a plus.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model building, validation, and deployment to create predictive models and derive actionable insights
• Experience in applying statistical techniques, hypothesis testing and data interpretation

• Pre-Sales experience in anchoring and authoring proposal responses for Data Science and AI requirements

Desirable Skills :

• AI Governance & Ethics: Ability to advise on responsible AI practices and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Performance Metrics: Experience in defining and tracking KPIs for AI implementations.
• Change Management: Skills in driving adoption and managing transformation programs.
• Training & Enablement: Ability to mentor internal teams and conduct client workshops.
• Experience with Data Visualization Tools - Ability to create compelling visualizations using leading reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors in computer science engineering, Data Science or related field (Masters degree is a plus)
• Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods
• 15+ years of IT experience, which includes considerable experience in Data Science problem solving and application development
