Description
Title : Product Data Scientist
- Lead technical data science work in a product area
- Advising and mentoring junior scientists on technical issues
- Fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to drive product improvements through data-driven decisions throughout the product life cycle.
- The ownership of data science and analytics for your product area (including data logging and tracking requirements, metric definition, and analyses)
- Guide and support embedded scientists in the design and implementation of analyses and experiments
- Present clear and compelling stories from complex data analysis to impact strategy and product direction
- 1-14+ years of experience in analytics as a data scientist
- Strong ability to coach data scientists technically and helping them improve their skills
- Experience in data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, and monitoring
- Experience in experimental design, A/B testing, and causal analysis
- Experience in predictive modeling and machine learning
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Python
