We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with with strong experience in E-commerce analytics, capable of analyzing large datasets and building insightful dashboards to track business performance and customer behavior and strong expertise in SQL, data visualization, and dashboarding to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with AWS and Redshift, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Write complex SQL queries
  
  to analyze E-commerce data from AWS Redshift
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for key E-commerce metrics
• Track and analyze metrics such as conversion rate, cart abandonment, AOV, revenue, retention, and funnel performance
• Analyze customer behaviour, product performance, and sales trends
• Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to provide actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards
• Document metric definitions and reporting logic

• Strong hands-on experience in SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions)
• Expertise in data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Tableau
