Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Director to join our Business Development team in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Business Development team to drive revenue and profitability growth within corporate and public sector accounts while championing customer retention.

You will join a high-performing team focused on driving a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability across the region.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Strategic Revenue Growth: Define and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets across enterprise and public sector portfolios.
  • Lead and Develop Sales Talent: Recruit, manage, and coach a high-performing Business Development team, fostering a culture of productivity through active engagement in high-level negotiations and client meetings.
  • Collaborate for Market Excellence: Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Product to maximize client value and provide market trend analysis that informs long-term strategy.

  • Extensive Sales Leadership Experience: A substantial track record in sales management and new business development, specifically within complex Business-to-Business (B2B) services or digital solutions.

    Strategic and Commercial Acumen:
    Demonstrated ability to execute regional sales strategies and a strong financial understanding of negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Proven success in cultivating long-term relationships with Chief-level (C-level) executives and internal stakeholders to foster customer loyalty.
