Job Description

What role will you play in the team: As an Associate Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our core platform, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive user engagement and business growth. You'll contribute to product strategy, execution, and impact measurement.

What you will do: You will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing user needs, and defining product requirements. You'll also work closely with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on product features based on data-driven insights.

Key responsibility:

  • Define and prioritize product features based on user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in product management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

A Day in the Life: You'll start your day by reviewing key product metrics and addressing any urgent issues.
