Associate Product Manager, Growth

What role will you play in the team

As an Associate Product Manager for Growth, you will be pivotal in driving user acquisition and retention strategies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, execute experiments, and optimize product features to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.

What you will do

You will analyze user behavior, identify key growth levers, and propose data-driven strategies to enhance product adoption. You'll collaborate with engineering, marketing, and design teams to implement and iterate on growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall product vision and goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze product data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop and prioritize growth strategies, initiatives, and experiments based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and design teams to execute growth experiments and product enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of growth initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with the overall product roadmap.
• Utilize product analytics tools to track user behavior and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, providing updates on growth initiatives and progress.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest growth trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
  
• Work closely with customer success team to collect feedback and improve product based on data.
• Collaborate with designers to improve usability and enhance engagement within the product ecosystem.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Passion for growth and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
