Job Description
What role will you play in the team:
As a Management Consulting Manager, you'll lead project teams focused on enhancing operational efficiency for our clients. You will be responsible for guiding strategic analysis, leading project execution, and managing relationships with client stakeholders.
What you will do:
You will develop and implement operational improvement strategies, lead process optimization initiatives, and provide guidance to junior consultants. Your expertise will drive significant cost savings and improved productivity for our clients' operations.
Key responsibility:
- Lead project teams in conducting process assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process mapping using Visio or Lucidchart to streamline workflows.
- Utilize data analysis techniques and Power BI to uncover insights and inform recommendations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations.
- Implement ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and improve processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to clients on operational excellence best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance on project tasks and career development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to operational excellence.
- Utilize Project Management tools like Jira and Asana.
- Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as needed.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful operational improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in Process Mapping, Visio, Lucidchart, Data Analysis, and Power BI.
- Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira and Asana.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and their impact on operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
