What role will you play in the team:
As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our client's marketing automation strategies. You will oversee the implementation, optimization, and analysis of automated marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and drive customer engagement and conversion rates. Your expertise is crucial for creating seamless customer journeys.
What you will do:
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing automated email campaigns, managing marketing automation platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing workflows. You will also collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest marketing automation trends and best practices.
Key Responsibility:
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Design and implement automated email campaigns, including welcome series, lead nurturing campaigns, and promotional emails.
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing automation platform analytics and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Segment customer databases to create targeted and personalized marketing messages.
- A/B test email campaigns and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution.
- Develop and maintain documentation of marketing automation processes and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends and best practices.
- Provide training and support to other team members on marketing automation tools and techniques.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing automation, with a strong understanding of platform functionalities and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in marketing automation platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with lead scoring and lead nurturing strategies.
