Private Equity Investment Associate

What role will you play in the team: As a Private Equity Investment Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities. What you will do: You will be responsible for conducting due diligence, building financial models, and preparing investment memos. Your work will involve in-depth industry research, financial analysis, and interaction with potential portfolio companies.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting comprehensive industry and market research to identify investment opportunities.
• Building and maintaining detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments.
• Performing valuation analysis using various methods, including DCF and LBO models.
• Leading due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal reviews.
• Preparing investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
• Monitoring portfolio company performance and providing support to management teams.
• Assisting in the negotiation and structuring of investment transactions.
• Maintaining a network of industry contacts and advisors.

• Conducting competitive landscape analysis and identifying key market trends.
• Contributing to the development of investment strategies and themes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and PitchBook.
• Knowledge of LBO modeling and private equity investment strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in deal execution and due diligence processes.
