Job Description
What role will you play in the team:
As a Product Manager - Growth, you will be responsible for identifying and executing strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll be a pivotal player in driving product-led growth initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
What you will do:
You will analyze user funnels, identify bottlenecks, and develop experiments to optimize key metrics. You'll define and prioritize growth opportunities, collaborate with marketing and engineering to implement solutions, and measure the impact of your initiatives on overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a product-led growth strategy, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on data analysis and market research.
- Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and design teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain a growth roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
- Communicate growth strategies and results to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest growth hacking techniques and tools, continuously learning and experimenting.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
- Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Experience with customer feedback tools such as SurveyMonkey or Hotjar.
- Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
- Passion for growth and a strong desire to learn and experiment with new strategies.
