Product Manager

What role will you play in the team:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver innovative and impactful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will be a product evangelist and champion.

What you will do:

You will define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog. You'll conduct market research, analyze user data, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders.
• Write detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• 
  Track and analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate product updates and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product usability and functionality.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business).
• 2-3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday.com).
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
