Job Description
What role will you play in the team: As the Product Manager for User Growth, you'll be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies across all our platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize growth initiatives that directly impact key business metrics.
What you will do: You'll analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven hypotheses. You will also work closely with marketing, engineering, and design teams to execute growth experiments and scale successful initiatives. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze growth performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on growth strategies based on data-driven insights.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and execute user growth strategies to drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize growth initiatives.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and design teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze growth performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs for growth-related features.
- Communicate growth vision and strategy to stakeholders.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of growth hacking principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.

A Day in the Life: You'll start your day by reviewing key growth metrics and identifying any urgent issues. Then, you'll analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities. Next, you'll meet with the marketing team to discuss upcoming growth campaigns, followed by a meeting with the engineering team to review ongoing A/B tests. The afternoon will be focused on planning new growth experiments and iterating on existing growth strategies.
