Senior Machine Learning Engineer - NLP

What role will you play in the team: As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in NLP, you will be a key contributor to our natural language processing initiatives. You'll lead the development and deployment of sophisticated NLP models, focusing on enhancing the performance of our text analysis and understanding capabilities. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What you will do: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced NLP models for various applications, including text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition. You will also lead the research and development of new NLP techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our systems.

Key responsibility:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced NLP models using deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Lead the research and development of new NLP techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our systems.
• Preprocess and clean large datasets of text data for model training.
• Evaluate and optimize NLP models for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to the development of data pipelines for efficient data ingestion and processing.
• 
  Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and deep learning.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP libraries like NLTK or spaCy.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
