Job Description

What role will you play in the team: As a Senior Strategic Consultant, you will lead market entry and expansion projects for our clients. You'll be the primary driver of research, analysis, and strategic planning, guiding clients in making informed decisions about new markets and growth opportunities. You will manage junior team members.

What you will do: You will conduct in-depth market research, develop market entry strategies, and manage the execution of expansion plans. This involves leading client meetings, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You'll oversee financial modelling and forecasting for new ventures.

Key Responsibility:

  • Lead market research efforts using tools like Qualtrics and Nielsen to gather market intelligence.
  • Develop comprehensive market entry and expansion strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to assess the viability of new market opportunities.
  • Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring progress.
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation of market entry and expansion plans.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to the development of new consulting methodologies and tools.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on market entry and expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in market research tools like Qualtrics and Nielsen.
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage project teams and work independently.
  • Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and competitive analysis.
  • Experience working with clients in various industries.
