Job Description
What role will you play in the team: As a Strategic Consulting Associate, you will be pivotal in executing market entry and growth strategies for our clients. You will analyze market trends, develop actionable insights, and support senior consultants in delivering impactful recommendations to drive business expansion.
What you will do: You will conduct in-depth market research, perform financial modeling, and contribute to the creation of comprehensive business plans. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions, helping clients navigate new markets and achieve sustainable growth.
Key responsibility:
- Conduct thorough market research using tools like Nielsen and Qualtrics to identify opportunities and assess competitive landscapes.
- Develop detailed financial models in Excel and perform sensitivity analysis to forecast potential outcomes of different strategies.
- Prepare presentations and reports summarizing key findings and recommendations for client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to design and implement market entry strategies, including pricing, distribution, and marketing plans.
- Analyze data from CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot to understand customer behavior and optimize sales processes.
- Contribute to the development of project plans and track progress using project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
- Support the development of process maps using Visio and Lucidchart to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partners and acquisition targets.
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in market entry and growth strategies.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with market research tools such as Nielsen, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like Jira and Asana.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of process mapping using Visio and Lucidchart.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and Verbal are required
