Accountabilities
- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate closely with suppliers to identify and proactively mitigate potential issues in the supply chain.
- Point of Contact (POC): Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day matters regarding direct purchase agreements and inquiries.
- SLA Definition and Management: Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with pharmacy partners.
- Contract Management: Manage the documentation and administration of contracts focusing on supply chain efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address challenges or concerns faced by clients.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with teams across Revenue/Growth, Product, and Engineering.
- SOP Development: Develop and implement standard operating procedures to align with market best practices.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or strategic account management.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain dynamics and ability to proactively address potential issues.
- Experience in defining, implementing, and managing SLAs with a focus on performance monitoring.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Track record of achieving strategic account management targets.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
