As a Client Data Analyst in Operations, you will review and enhance data collection and verification processes to ensure KYC records are accurate and complete. Your organizational skills will help you manage multiple priorities efficiently. Youll use digital tools to streamline workflows and improve the client experience. In this role, youll promote thought leadership and encourage a culture of accountability and risk awareness. Your contributions will help drive best-in-class service across the team.
Job responsibilities
- Address escalated service issues effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Act independently and make strategic decisions based on data, insight, and experience.
- Support client onboarding and fulfill AML and KYC requirements, ensuring compliance and risk assessment.
- Conduct thorough investigations to establish AML typologies and produce accurate reports of findings.
- Identify opportunities to refine processes, increase operational efficiencies, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze transaction data to identify patterns and verify legitimacy, interacting with bankers and customers to obtain necessary information.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills for analyzing large amounts of unstructured data.
- Client-focused with strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a high-volume work schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong digital literacy.
- Ability to act independently, make strategic decisions, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve internal and external customer concerns.

- In-depth knowledge of KYC/AML policies and experience in risk, audit, or process improvement.
- Ability to motivate and collaborate with teams using empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Experience with mainframe and PC-based systems, and digital process automation.
- Project management and process improvement experience.
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
