Job Description

As a Reference data Specialist within Digital Document Services, you play a critical role in supporting transaction management for our clients. You ensure timely completion of all transaction-related activities, resolve exceptions and client inquiries, and provide subject matter expertise to both clients and internal teams. You also contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute assigned transaction management tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all aspects of transaction management for clients are completed on schedule
- Resolve exceptions and respond to client inquiries with subject matter expertise
- Innovate and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
- Manage daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership and responsibility
- Maintain excellent client focus and customer care working practices
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Bachelors degree and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- 2+ years of experience in banking
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and processes
- Ability to interpret legal language in documents and assess impact to the Firm

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Experience in middle or back office operations
- Willingness and flexibility to work during US hours
- Control mindset with alertness to issues and risks affecting processes or the organization
