Job Summary
As a Fund Servicing Associate II in the Fund Services Trades Team, you are responsible for overseeing trade capture, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting activities. Act as the primary escalation point for the team, ensure timely resolution of issues, and drive the implementation of efficient workflows and robust controls. Lead process documentation, training, and stakeholder management to deliver best-in-class service to clients and meet regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the accurate and timely completion of all reconciliation deliveries as per SLA.
- Perform detailed review activities to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Guide the team as the overall Domain Expert, addressing queries and providing subject matter expertise.
- Provide leadership and ownership for all escalations, audits, and client due diligence activities.
- Develop and implement efficient, standardized workflows with effective controls at key hand-off points.
- Plan and implement AI solutions across various team activities to enhance efficiency.
- Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with internal and external controls, continuously strengthening the control environment.
- Assess training needs regularly and ensure effective cross-training, tracked through Skills Metrics.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with onshore and governance teams through proactive service delivery and responsiveness to client requirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrate 10+ years’ experience in Fund Services Trades or a strong understanding of financial markets.
- Show in-depth knowledge of capital markets, global investment instruments, asset classes, fund types, and accounting policies.
- Apply strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in MS Office.
- Think creatively and challenge the status quo to drive improvements.
- Demonstrate experience in people management, including training and resource planning.
- Possess knowledge of trade capture processes.
