Job Description
- Coordination with R&D, Design, Manufacturing and Supply Chain team for new product development, scale up, plant fitment and commissioning.
- Conducting Market analysis, competitor benchmarking, understand regulatory dynamics and give recommendations on opportunities in Agrochemical market.
- Complete project management for new products as per agreed timelines
- Support to sales team in business development of existing as well as new products
- Instrumental in launch of new products /BD
- Project Management Experience worked in Stage Gate module for managing projects related to new / existing products in plant
- Experience in handling cross-functional teams of R&D, Production, QA, Supply Chain to meet customer deadlines and targets
- Business Analysis and Market Research experience.
- Experience in handling Market Complaints, Customer Audits
- Exposure of Financial Reports
- Strong Techno-Commercial background with good quantitative and analytical skills.

Qualification : - BE/B Tech Chemical Engineering +MBA (preferable)
Experience : - 3-5 years Preferably from Agrochemical Industry/ Non Pharma
