About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager - Marketing to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Support Executive Directors of Marketing with day-to-day operations and delivery of marketing strategies across a cluster of hotels.
- Partner with hotel marketing teams to develop and execute annual property marketing plans aligned with brand standards and business objectives.
- Oversee and guide property-level execution across campaigns, events, social media, PR, F&B marketing, partnerships, and content quality.
- Track, analyse, and report marketing performance, budgets, and roadmaps, ensuring contribution to global marketing plans and KPIs.
- Act as the link between corporate and properties by coordinating global campaign rollouts, specialist support, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide hands-on support through reporting, presentations, stakeholder management, insights generation, and activation of commercial opportunities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 57 years of progressive experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or consumer lifestyle sectors.
- Manage multiple stakeholders within a matrix structure, balancing strategic alignment with hands-on delivery across properties and markets.
- Demonstrate strong expertise across digital marketing, PR, social media, F&B marketing, media planning, and campaign development.
- Track performance, manage budgets, and apply data-driven insights to reporting and decision-making.
- Develop and deliver clear presentations, with a critical eye for creative quality and execution.
