Role Description
The Zonal Business Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and developing strategies to achieve business growth within the assigned zone. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, and understanding customer needs and market trends. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, requiring the ability to oversee and lead operational and sales performance in the designated zone.Qualifications
- Proficiency in strategic sales planning, market analysis, and business development
- Effective communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

- Experience in managing distributors, retailers, and customer relationships
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the baby care or FMCG industry will be considered an added advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone
