Role Objective

As the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will lead our market expansion by selling organizational rewiringhelping enterprise clients transition from legacy operations toAI-run, data-driven ecosystems. You are a strategic advisor who leveragesAgentic AIto automate transactional sales tasks while focusing on high-value human relationships and complex consultative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Revenue & Growth
- Develop and execute a 2026-ready go-to-market (GTM) strategy focused on high-growth sectors (e.g., Banking, Life Sciences, Renewables).
- Transition the sales model from vendor-based to partner-based, securing long-term contracts through Outcome-Based Pricing (compensation tied to client ROI).
- Direct the pursuit of multi-million dollar deals involving Technology Landscape, Core Application Management, GenAI, Cloud-native apps, and IoT protocols.
2. Consultative AI Leadership
- Act as a principle strategic advisor to client Boards, guiding them through Change Management Frameworks and digital maturity assessments.
- Use Predictive Analytics to rank and prioritize high-intent leads, achieving a forecast accuracy of 85%+.
- Oversee the design of bespoke digital solutions that integrate Machine Learning pipelines directly into client business processes.
3. Team Empowerment & AI Augmentation
- Lead a high-performing AI-augmented sales squad, reducing administrative data entry by 65% through the use of Sales Enablement agents.
- Implement AI-driven coaching to provide real-time feedback to the team during live client interactions.
- Foster a growth mindset culture, ensuring the team is continuously upskilled in AI governance, data ethics, and cybersecurity.
4. Ecosystem & Stakeholder Management
- Strengthen strategic alliances with Tier-1 partners (e.g., Azure AI, Snowflake, AWS) to co-sell integrated data platforms.
- Embed classification and access rules into the sales pipeline to ensure all data-driven outreach complies with the latest 2026 global privacy standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1018+ years in technology sales or consulting, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or global leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Expert understanding ofAgentic AI, Cloud Architecture (Azure/AWS), and Data Governance.
- Strategic Discovery: Ability to perform deep-dive discovery conversations that uncover a prospects true business blockers beyond surface-level needs.
