Salesforce Platform Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Salesforce Platform Architect.
Overview:
The Salesforce Platform Architect will facilitate the usage of the platform throughout its lifecycle, from implementation or upgrades to optimization. In this role, you will apply technical expertise to ensure solution design meets business needs and perform well. The candidate will need to be fluent in Portuguese and English to support our global organization.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure Salesforce best utilization
* Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design and implement robust platform architectures that meet the organizations performance, scalability, and security requirements
* Drive Salesforce upgrades and migrations
* Stay updated on the latest Technologies and co-create a plan to get SFDC system upgrade in a smooth way periodically; Able to connect, especially with SAP system architect, to manage system connectivity design and ensure best practices adoption
* Provide technical expertise to installations, upgrades, patching, tuning, sizing, DRP, archiving and other activities related
* Maintain as much as this person can Lucid Chart diagrams and also KB articles related to activities such as diagrams, architect procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
* Provide regular progress reports
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
* Salesforce implementation for a large organization with specific focus on the Manufacturing, Sales, Service and Marketing cloud
* Working knowledge of SAP S4 in the SD/OTC area will be considered an asset
* Working knowledge of PriceFx will be considered an asset
* Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applications
* Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
