About The Role

Join an early-stage startup to play a key role in supporting business growth initiatives. You will work across onboarding support, coordination, and market research activities, collaborating closely with internal teams.

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support growth initiatives by engaging with a curated list of local activity businesses. This role focuses on structured outreach, coordination, and relationship management to support onboarding and ongoing engagement on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with local activity businesses provided by the internal team (sports, arts, learning centers, etc.)
• Explain the platform and onboarding process clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding processes
• Assist with analysis and ideas to improve outreach effectiveness
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• Basic understanding of business development or client engagement principles
