Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in North Goa. The Sales Executive will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting services, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, meeting targets, and collaborating with the team to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships
- Experience in customer relationship management and account management

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities necessary for client interactions
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and business development strategies
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the hospitality or luxury real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking tools is an advantage
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
