We are supporting a client seeking a Senior Recruiter with strong experience hiring commercial roles within distribution and/or retail environments across international markets.
This role will focus on recruiting sales, business development, and senior commercial positions across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Experience covering KSA, Iraq, and West/Central Africa is a strong advantage.
What You'll Do
?? Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer negotiation
?? Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality candidates
?? Utilise a range of sourcing strategies to identify talent across multiple countries
?? Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience
Key Requirements
?? Proven experience recruiting
