Team Member - ESG -SUPPORT SERVICES -ESG

: The role will report to ESG practice lead of Kotak Mahindra Group and will have the opportunity to lead/support cross-functional work streams across the bank and the group for strengthening the practice. The role will involve overseeing/organising data management for facilitating and disclosing performance on ESG-linked KPIs, under GRI, BRSR and other relevant frameworks. The role would involve regular analysis and interactions with ESG rating agencies. The role may involve active engagement with subsidiary companies of the bank, for developing ESG strategy and roadmaps.

Experience: Out of the overall experience, 1-2 years should have been in either a consulting organisation, or a company which substantially reports on ESG. Candidates with experience in Big-4 or specialised ESG rating or consulting organisations, or with experience of preparing ESG disclosures in large Indian or multinational corporations would be preferred.

Qualification: MBA from tier-I or tier II institutions / PG in Sustainability. Formal certification in reporting frameworks such as GRI is preferable. Additional sustainability or ESG linked certifications would help.
