Job Title:IA Team Member Central Functions Internal Audit Function / Department: Internal Audit Designation: M3-M4 (Manager / Senior Manager)

Kotak Mahindra Prime limited (KMPL) is a subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited and is in the business of financing all passenger vehicles, two wheelers & loan against property. KMPL is Indias leading car finance company since 1996 and started financing two wheelers since 2018. The company is dedicated to financing dealers and retail customers.

The KMPL Internal Audit department conducts risk based internal audit (RBIA) for various functions as per the audit plan.

Job Role:

• Performing Internal Audit of support functions including compliance, Risk, Secretarial, Accounts, Treasury and Taxation departments as per risk based audit plan.
• Ability to access process, risk and controls and drive improvements.
• Document audit findings and maintain quality audit paper work as per IIA standard.
  
• Independently discuss and conclude audit finding with stakeholders
• Delivering on time high quality audit reports
• Coordinate with other Kotak group internal auditors.
• Follow up on the recommendations with stakeholders and monitor the compliance for effective closure.
• Monitor compliance with Industry standards, laws and guidelines
