We are looking for a self driven IT Sales professional to own lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and sales meeting generation for our global IT services business.
This role will qualify inbound marketing leads and independently research, prospect, and generate new opportunities through outbound outreach. The candidate must be comfortable with targets, outbound motion, and global IT decision-makers, especially in cloud, data, analytics, and AI services.

Key Responsibilities
- 3+ years in IT services sales / lead qualification / outbound sales across global markets targeting the North American market (NORAM)
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing programs, campaigns, events, and partner initiatives.
- Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and partner marketplaces.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of 3050 active prospects across global markets.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points, tech stack, budget, timelines, and decision- makers.
- Position staffing, offshore, and IT services engagement models aligned with client needs.
- Schedule qualified meetings for sales teams and support early-stage deal cycles.
- Prepare basic proposals, assist in rate discussions, and support deal progression.
- Build relationships with existing clients for repeat business, upsell, cross-sell, and referrals.
- Track pipeline, conversions, and forecasts in HubSpot CRM and report weekly.
- Share competitor insights and market intelligence with sales and marketing teams.

Required Skills
- Strong outbound sales and lead qualification experience in IT services / consulting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Good understanding of cloud, data, analytics, and AI technologies
