Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in Quantexa and data engineering to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Quantexa software, managing complex data pipelines, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Quantexa Implementation & Configuration
• Configure, deploy, and optimize Quantexa software on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ensure seamless integration of Quantexa with enterprise data sources and analytical tools.
• Manage Quantexa upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Solution Design & Architecture
• Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and best practices.
• Development & Coding
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Scala (preferred), Java, or Python.
• 
  Implement ETL processes, data transformations, and entity resolution logic within Quantexa.
• Cloud Deployment & Optimization
• Deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring security, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Utilize cloud-native services for storage, compute, and orchestration.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Mandatory Skills

• Quantexa Certification and proven hands-on experience with Quantexa platform.
• Strong proficiency in Scala (preferred), Java, or Python.
• Experience configuring and deploying Quantexa on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of data engineering principles, ETL processes, and

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or other distributed data processing frameworks.
• Knowledge of API development, microservices architecture, and RESTful services.
• Exposure to financial crime detection, fraud analytics, or similar domains.

Education

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
