Responsibilities
- Experience of assisting clients with technical accounting advisory, GAAP convergence (local GAAP to US GAAP/IFRS/ Ind AS), Financial Reporting Process Advisory, Capital Market readiness
- Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective
- Hands-on experience of working on Fund Accounting, reconciliations, and reporting for investment funds across strategies
- Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirements
- Working knowledge and exposure to MS Office, ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, and Tally
