Role Overview

Were looking for a Senior Finance Executive to independently manage finance operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strong financial visibility to leadership. This role requires hands-on execution, ownership, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-growing D2C startup environment.

• Own end-to-end bookkeeping, accounting entries, and reconciliations
• Manage invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and expense approvals

• Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and monthly / quarterly closing reports
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and runway planning
• Partner with founders on financial insights and reporting
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and external advisors
• Maintain contracts, invoices, and statutory documentation
• Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, ROC filings, PF/ESIC (if applicable)

• Oversee payroll inputs, reimbursements, and salary disbursements
• Own compliance calendars, filings, and statutory record-keeping
• Ensure audit readiness and timely statutory submissions

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, payroll, and Indian statutory compliance
• 46 years of hands-on experience in finance and compliance roles
• Proficient with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools
• Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable with full ownership
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Startup or D2C experience is a plus
