Job Description
Position Summary
The Sr. Manager plays a pivotal role in leading delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution of client projects, maintaining compliance with global legal standards, and nurturing client relationships. This role demands a strong foundation in legal concepts, managerial skills, attention to detail, and a service-driven mindset to meet the evolving demands of international legal clients.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery and Project Management
- Manage and supervise the end-to-end delivery of legal support services across verticals such as:
- Litigation Support Services preferably in US litigation with focus on personal injury, Insurance Defense with experience in Tort and workers compensation
- To maintain quality deliverables by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client expectations and legal standards
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Address and resolve delivery-related issues and client escalations in a proactive manner.
- Creation of reporting trackers, dashboards, baselining and tracking of the SLAs agreed with the client
People and Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of legal, associates, and senior associates.
- Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and implement performance improvement strategies.
- Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions, upskilling initiatives, and career development support for team members.
Operational and Strategic Initiatives
- Assist the Delivery Head in strategic planning, process optimization, and resource management
- Collaborate with business development teams on proposals, RFPs, client presentations, and proof-of-concept projects
- Support the implementation of legal tech tools and process automation initiatives

- Educational Background: LL.B. (mandatory) from a recognized law school; LL.M
- Experience: 15 years in legal services with 10+ years in a supervisory or client-facing role in an LPO
- Exposure to U.S., U.K., or other common law jurisdictions is highly desirable.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and interpretation skills
- Strong command of legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Familiarity with case management softwares like ActionStep, Clio, Practice Panther etc.,
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and ability to interact with global clients
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
- High standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity
