Job Description
- Administration & Onboarding:
- Manage the entire employee onboarding process, including preparing contracts, organizing induction schedules, and ensuring a seamless first day experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (hard copy and digital HRIS).
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and confirmation of employment letters.
- Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, leavers) and update all systems accordingly.
- Assist with the administration of company policies and procedures.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
- Handle all visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with the PRO.
- Maintain and audit employee files to ensure all mandatory documents are collected and filed (e.g., passports, visas, licenses, certifications).
- Support in the preparation for any internal or external audits.
- Payroll & Benefits Support:
- Assist the HR Manager/Payroll team by providing accurate attendance, leave, and overtime data.
- Administer employee benefits, such as medical insurance, and act as a liaison with providers.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, leave, and benefits.
- Employee Engagement & Support:
- Serve as a helpful and discreet point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Support the coordination of team events, training sessions, and wellness initiatives.
- Help to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Essential:
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR Administration or similar role, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or F&B sector in the UAE.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor law and visa processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with HRIS software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage.

- A team player who is also capable of working independently.
