Title: Principal Enterprise Architect

Location : Dubai

• Role: Principal Enterprise Architect is a senior leader responsible for shaping and governing how the organization's strategy is translated into an integrated and scalable enterprise technology direction. The role ensures that systems, platforms, data, and digital initiatives are aligned with enterprise priorities, deliver measurable value, and support future ready growth. Additionally, provides strategic guidance, ensures disciplined decision making, and establishes guardrails through standards that reduce complexity, manage risk, and enable the organization to operate efficiently and adapt to change.

• Provides expertise on overall direction, guidance, definition, decisions, and priorities regarding the enterprise's overall architecture to effectively support the corporate business strategy

  Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies.
• Strategic Planning & Roadmaps for In-Systems front and back office.
• Accountable for the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions, including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise
• Assists in the development of and manages an architecture governance process
• Interfaces across several business areas, acting as a visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects.
• Ability to translate end state business and technology models into architectural blueprints
• Ability to design and lead Reference Architecture Development & Maintenance
• Standards Development & Maintenance
• Application/Technology Portfolio Rationalization
• Program Architecture and Technical Support
• Reviews, advises, and designs standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on the enterprise business process and goals.
• Responsible for conception of solutions, building consensus, and the selling and execution of such solutions
