This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resources Director. The HR Director will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and lead performance management efforts across the organization. The role also includes strategic planning to drive a positive workplace culture, foster employee engagement, and manage organizational development activities.

• Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) management and HR policies
• Strong knowledge and experience in managing Employee Relations, Performance Management, and organizational development
• Thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and address workplace legal considerations
