Job Summary
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Leena AIs solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their business objectives by leveraging AI-driven automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their success with Leena AIs platform.
- Onboard new customers, guiding them through implementation, best practices, and successful adoption of the platform.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive product adoption and expansion.
- Monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions to optimize the customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support) to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Advocate for customers needs and provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product development.
- Develop and maintain customer success strategies to improve retention, engagement, and expansion.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered automation tools, ITSM, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to analyze customer needs, solve problems, and drive product adoption.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with customer success tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar.
