Role Description

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving education loan sales by managing the complete customer journey from lead engagement to loan disbursement while ensuring high conversion rates and sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end education loan sales process, including counselling, documentation, follow-ups, and final loan closure.
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful loan disbursements, with a strong focus on revenue generation.
  • Advise students and parents on education loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment structures, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with lending partners, banks, NBFCs, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with customers to drive high conversion and closure ratios.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and disbursements using CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, lender policies, and regulatory changes impacting education loans.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 05 years of relevant experience in education loan sales, loan closing, or financial services sales (education finance experience is mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to close loans independently and generate consistent revenue.
  • Strong understanding of education loan products, domestic and international study financing, and lender processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
