Business Development Associate - Inside Sales

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make international outbound calls to importers, distributors, and wholesalers
  • Introduce Lexi products and company profile to overseas buyers
  • Perform structured and persistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Understand buyer requirements and assess seriousness of leads
  • Coordinate for samples, catalogs, pricing, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate follow-up and call records in Excel / CRM
  • Share regular lead progress updates with export sales seniors

Qualification and Required Experience:

  • Graduate (any stream) with 1 years of experience in Business Development or International Sales Support
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills with a closure-focused mindset
  • Experience or exposure to international B2B sales, especially with importers, distributors, or wholesalers
  • Excellent spoken and written English for professional global communication
  • Comfortable with professional email drafting and LinkedIn outreach
  • Process-driven working style with working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (CRM knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to manage relationships and follow-ups across multiple time zones
  • Immediate joiners only

Work Location:

B-33, Lexi Centre, 6th Floor, New Link Road, Opp. Citi Mall,

Andheri (West), Mumbai 400053.

10:00 AM 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Important Note:Commute time from home to office should not exceed 1 hour.
