We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FINTECH Executive (Loan Process) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in loan processing, CIBIL score evaluation, and financial documentation. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth loan operations, accurate customer verification, and strict compliance with financial and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end loan processing, including application review, verification, and approval workflows

Perform CIBIL score checks and evaluate customer eligibility

Verify customer documents such as KYC, income proof, and bank statements

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan disbursement

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies

Handle customer queries related to loan applications and provide timely resolutions

Assist in risk assessment and prepare reports for management review

Requirements & Skills

Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in loan processing, credit checks, or financial operations

Strong knowledge of CIBIL score evaluation and creditworthiness assessment

Good understanding of KYC norms, RBI guidelines, and loan compliance requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and basic fintech tools
