Position Overview

LPS Brands is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Arabic First) to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic government and semi-government clients across the UAE and KSA.

This role is ideal for a client-servicing leader with strong Arabic and English communication skills, deep experience in digital and social-first engagements, and a growth-driven mindset. The candidate will act as a trusted client partner, pitch leader, and internal team mentor, while driving business growth and delivering excellence across integrated digital mandates.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years managerial experience in agencies within the UAE/ Middle East region, for Digital and social media assignments is mandatory
  • Rich experience and a successful track record with digital or social media first engagements
  • Proven record of team leadership and Account pitch wins
  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple client accounts/ timelines on a daily basis
  • Entrepreneurial and is constantly looking for business growth and development opportunities
  • Has a passion to create engaging and entertaining brand campaigns/ Looking to outdo herself/ himself on a daily basis
  • Should be comfortable working in an aggressive, fast-paced and young startup culture & flexible to work outside office hours on social media requirements; is willing to take up all-round business tasks as part of the team; team player; Agency experience is preferable
  • Fluent and particular of the use of English and Arabic grammar
  • Has worked on monthly/ weekly social media or content plans along with brand team and content creators; First-hand knowledge of all the current digital media landscape and social platforms, social content formats like memes, GIFs, trends, vines, stories, live content, scheduling and analytics applications
  • Agile and flexible to turn around real-time social content/ ideas to social in a short period of time; highly sensitive to timelines and content commitments; Comfortable writing large amounts of engaging content on a daily basis
  • Constant learner, listener and reader; is always looking to upgrade social media, content writing and other support skills
  • Is a Jack of all trades; open to learning new software/ platforms to supplement his/her creative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management Ownership: Build, manage, retain, and grow key client relationships across UAE and KSA markets
  • Client Servicing Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for senior clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Business Growth & Pitches: Lead pitch management, proposal development, and client presentations; identify growth opportunities within accounts
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor account managers, executives, community managers, content teams, and interns to ensure 360 service delivery
  • Creative Oversight: Provide creative judgment, develop brand voice, tone, and style guides, and secure client buy-in

  • Operations Management: Ensure timely scheduling, posting, moderation, and community management across platforms
  • Performance & Delivery: Own monthly and quarterly KPIs, reporting, and performance reviews; ensure all deliverables are met
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, and performance teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Agency Representation: Act as an ambassador of the agency's values and culture, internally and externally
