Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented accountant to join our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the F&B sector and the ability to manage financial processes that support daily operations, inventory control, and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and review financial records related to F&B operations
• Manage cost control, reconciliations, and variance analysis for inventory and sales
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate stock valuation
• Utilize Syrve to understand technical cards, recipes, and inventory workflows
• Maintain accounting records and financial reports using Zoho
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations
• Coordinate with operations and management teams to improve financial accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as an accountant in the food and beverage sector is mandatory
• Hands on experience with Syrve including technical card creation and inventory management
• Working knowledge of Zoho accounting software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
