The knowledge management senior specialist will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that enable the collection, sharing, and utilization of knowledge across the organization. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Create and manage knowledge repositories, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and user-friendly
• Assess knowledge flow within the organization and identify gaps to enhance knowledge sharing
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to capture and disseminate critical knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in information management, business administration, or a related field; masters degree preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in knowledge management or related roles
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful knowledge management initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with knowledge management tools and software
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders
• Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks in knowledge management is a plus
