- Lead project delivery to achieve agreed time, cost, quality, and performance objectives
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, providing daily leadership and KPI alignment
- Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation measures throughout the lifecycle
- Appoint, manage, and oversee consultants, contractors, and technical services required for delivery
- Implement and maintain quality systems aligned with Mace Way and service excellence standards
- Manage project communications, records, and formal change control processes
- Support senior project managers with delegated responsibilities and accurate project reporting
- Champion safety-first culture by applying HSW principles across all project phases
- Proven experience working in the United Arab Emirates, essential for client approval
- Professional membership such as MAPM, MRICS, MICE, or working toward an equivalent
- Demonstrated background in project management or a similar role within construction delivery
- Tertiary qualification in project management or construction-related disciplines, or equivalent experience
- Valid CSCS card or recognized local equivalent
- Strong coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
