The Project
This is a large residential community project in Dubai.
You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead project delivery to meet agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring defined outcomes are achieved.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, providing daily leadership and aligning on KPIs and objectives.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines throughout the lifecycle, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.
• Secure and oversee technical services and external resources, including consultants and contractors, to support delivery.
• Implement robust quality systems in line with Mace Way and Service Excellence, driving compliance and improvement.
• 
  Facilitate clear communication, maintain accurate records, and manage project changes through formal processes.
• Support senior project managers with intermediate tasks and contribute to accurate, timely project reporting.
• Champion Mace's Safety First culture, applying HSW principles and promoting safe practices across all phases.
  

You'll Need To Have

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• MAPM, MRICS, MICE (or working towards) or a recognized local equivalent.
• Proven background in project management or a similar role, with growing expertise in the construction delivery phase.
• Tertiary qualifications in project management or construction-related fields, or equivalent experience/apprenticeship with solid role knowledge.

  Get Hired
  Possession of a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card or local equivalent.
